Dr. Carol originally grew up in Richmond, graduating from Steveston Senior Secondary.

She then spent five years at U.B.C. obtaining a Bachelor degree and followed these studies up with another four years at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, in Toronto. She has now been in practice for 13 years, and feels the keys to better health are a better spine, better nutrition, and a better attitude.

Her emphasis in practice has been family care and health promotion utilizing structural and postural techniques to assess, and correct vertebral subluxations. The youngest patient Dr. Carol has ever seen was a few days old, the oldest being 98 years young.

Dr. Carol utilizes "drop tables" when adjusting the spine which are part of the Thompson Technique, in addition to manual and activator adjustments. She is also familar with SOT, or sacral occipital technique, and Zindler techniques. Her adjustments are not just limited to the spine, but she also has great results adjusting the feet, knees and shoulder joints. If xrays of the spine are required, she can take them on site.

Dr. Carol keeps on the cutting edge of chiropractic techniques by regularly attending seminars all over North America, and takes pleasure in educating people on health issues and the benefits of chiropractic. When Dr. Carol is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family; Blair, Hayden and Brooke. She also enjoys the outdoors and often goes camping with her family.
