If your Extended Heath Plan is BLUE CROSS, we can direct bill for you. All we need is you policy and group numbers.
Real time access allows us to determine your coverage per visit. However only you will know your total coverage for chiropractic care. You can find this out from a quick all to Blue Cross or by reviewing your plan’s benefits information package.
All other heath plans are the patients’ responsibility. We can can provide you with a receipt to submit to your provider.
