Before I started working at Minoru Chiropractic I did not know very much about it. Dr. Reddin explained to me that chiropractic is about encouraging a healthy nervous system, so you have better brain-body communication and your body better self-heals and self-regulates. I have really seen the benefits the patients receive with natural chiropractic care. As well  I benefit from getting adjusted to keep my body functioning at their best.
